CEO & Partner
Adag Group was founded by Kevork, in 2020. Kevork has over 15 years of experience in the data center industry and focuses on delivering agile solutions that are of high quality with an emphasis on shorter lead time. He managed over 450MW data center projects. Kevork is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters’ degree in Aerospace Engineering. He is an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD).
COO & Partner
Nareg is a Civil Engineer, he joined Adag Group in 2021 as COO and leader of the Project Management department following a career in telecom/datacenter program management and commercial development. Nareg has expertise in project and program management, client coordination and support, construction supervision and has a strong knowledge of the particularities of the data center market.

Talar is a passionate HR leader whose expertise spans in curriculum development, L&D, leadership development, and talent management. Talar holds Bachelors degrees in Education and Human Relations, as well as a Masters in Human Systems Intervention. She has extensive experience working in multiple challenging industries such as aerospace, pharmaceutical, financial and educational.

Mtre Alexander is a business lawyer with extensive experience in commercial law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Combining strong legal expertise with a practical business mindset, he provides strategic guidance on complex legal, corporate, and contractual matters. Fluent in both English and French, Eric works seamlessly across bilingual environments and legal traditions, helping navigate transactions and business challenges with clarity, precision, and a solutions-oriented approach.
