Adag Group performed due diligence and site selection for over 8 data centers in the U.S. and Canada, evaluating infrastructure, equipment, and feasibility, and preparing for capital planning.
Adag Group will manage due diligence, project management, and design for a 1.3GW Hyperscale site in Indiana. The site will feature air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and immersion-cooled servers.
The project involves constructing a 200,000 sq. ft. research center with labs, offices, and green initiatives, including geothermal and solar energy, on a 759,400 sq. ft. site for 400-500 users.
The project entailed multiple mandates including due diligence of the brownfield, negotiations with the AHJ and performing all required studies and permit applications.
Managed design, construction, and procurement for Hypertec’s 75MW Data Center before Vantage’s acquisition. This campus was Quebec’s first with a private Data Center substation.
The project will develop a data center campus on a 52,000 sq ft site, expanding an existing 11,000 sq ft building with a new structure for 16 MW capacity and 1,176 cabinets.
