    Le Groupe Adag a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9tudes de diligence raisonnable et de s\u00e9lection de sites pour plus de huit centres de donn\u00e9es et emplacements \u00e0 travers le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis. L'\u00e9valuation comprenait l'analyse des infrastructures existantes et de la faisabilit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements \u00e0 l'aide de plans d'implantation pr\u00e9liminaires (test fits), la s\u00e9lection des \u00e9quipements ainsi que des simulations de dynamique des fluides num\u00e9rique (CFD), tout en validant les exigences aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s locales et la disponibilit\u00e9 des services publics. L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur la redondance des infrastructures, l'identification des points uniques de d\u00e9faillance (SPOF), les contraintes techniques et op\u00e9rationnelles, les analyses g\u00e9ographiques ainsi que la pr\u00e9paration des plans d'investissement en capital pour chacun des projets. <\/p> \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div> \n<\/div>

The evaluation covered building infrastructure and layout feasibility by providing test fits - Equipment selection - computational fluid dynamic analysis all while validating with local authorities and confirming utilities. The study assessed redundancy, single points of failure (SPOF), limitations, geographic studies and preparing capital planning for the projects.<\/p> \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div> \n<\/div>

Le projet met l'accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration d'une serre sur toit, de syst\u00e8mes g\u00e9othermiques et solaires, de la gestion des eaux grises et pluviales ainsi que de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s.     The project involves constructing a new 200,000 sq. ft. building on a 759,400 sq. ft. site for 400-500 users. The client aims for a research center with R&D labs, production lines, cloud service centers, offices, warehouses, greenhouses, and loading docks. Green initiatives include a rooftop greenhouse, recycling space, water management systems, heat recuperating walls, and geothermal\/solar energy. Systems for greywater\/stormwater management and geothermal energy for greenhouses are included. The structure will use 75% recycled steel, with multi-level steel parking and roof membrane protection. Fire protection includes sprinklers and water systems, focusing on warehouse material density.     Situ\u00e9 sur l'\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al, ce projet comprenait plusieurs mandats strat\u00e9giques, notamment la diligence raisonnable du site industriel (brownfield), les n\u00e9gociations avec les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes (AHJ), ainsi que la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tudes requises et des demandes de permis. Le mandat incluait \u00e9galement l'approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie et les n\u00e9gociations avec le fournisseur d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 local. Le Groupe Adag a assur\u00e9 la conception compl\u00e8te des disciplines civiles et structurelles (C&S), m\u00e9caniques, \u00e9lectriques et de plomberie (MEP), ainsi que des syst\u00e8mes TI et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour une installation de 45 MW.     Le projet pr\u00e9voit l'am\u00e9nagement d'un campus de centres de donn\u00e9es sur un site de 52 000 pi\u00b2 comprenant un b\u00e2timent existant d'environ 11 000 pi\u00b2 et une nouvelle construction de quatre \u00e9tages. \u00c0 terme, le campus offrira une capacit\u00e9 totale de 16 MW et pourra accueillir jusqu'\u00e0 1 176 baies informatiques. La conception vise \u00e0 assurer une maintenabilit\u00e9 concurrente (concurrent maintainability) tout en int\u00e9grant des initiatives durables, notamment l'installation de panneaux solaires sur la toiture et la r\u00e9utilisation de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle pour alimenter les immeubles voisins.
