Commissioning

At Adag Group, we offer comprehensive commissioning services for data centers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Our commissioning process is structured into five distinct levels, each meticulously designed to verify and validate every aspect of your data center’s infrastructure.

Level 1: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

   – We conduct thorough testing of equipment at the manufacturer’s facility to verify that it meets the specified design and performance criteria before it is shipped to the site.

Level 2: Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

   – Upon arrival at the site, we perform detailed inspections and tests to confirm that the equipment is properly installed and ready for integration into the overall system.

Level 3: Pre-Functional Testing

   – This phase involves testing individual components and systems to ensure they function correctly on their own, identifying and rectifying any issues before the full system integration.

Level 4: Functional Performance Testing

   – We conduct integrated system tests to verify that all components and systems work together seamlessly, ensuring that the entire data center operates as intended under real-world conditions.

Level 5: Integrated Systems Testing (IST)

   – The final phase involves rigorous testing of the entire data center, including backup systems and fail-safes, to ensure complete reliability and performance under various scenarios and potential failure conditions.

By implementing these five levels of commissioning, Adag Group ensures that your data center meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency from the ground up. Our meticulous approach guarantees that your mission-critical infrastructure is ready to support your business needs from day one.
