The evaluation covered building infrastructure and layout feasibility by providing test fits - Equipment selection - computational fluid dynamic analysis all while validating with local authorities and confirming utilities. The study assessed redundancy, single points of failure (SPOF), limitations, geographic studies and preparing capital planning for the projects.

This facility will host several server cooling technologies from traditional air cooled to AI driven higher density liquid cooled to the chip as well as latest immersion cooled servers.

Project Description:
The project involves constructing a new 200,000 sq. ft. building on a 759,400 sq. ft. site for 400-500 users. The client aims for a research center with R&D labs, production lines, cloud service centers, offices, warehouses, greenhouses, and loading docks. Green initiatives include a rooftop greenhouse, recycling space, water management systems, heat recuperating walls, and geothermal/solar energy. Systems for greywater/stormwater management and geothermal energy for greenhouses are included. The structure will use 75% recycled steel, with multi-level steel parking and roof membrane protection. Fire protection includes sprinklers and water systems, focusing on warehouse material density. The design scope covers all aspects up to the Permit Set.

Power procurement and negotiation with the local utility company. The full design of the C&S, MEP, IT & Security of 45MW facility as well as the construction management of the building and first IT phase.

Provided design, construction management as well as procurement management services for Hypertec's Data Center division expanding the campus's capacity up to 75MW prior to the aquisition by Vantage Data Centers. In addition to the multi-building DC this campus was the first to have a private substation in Quebec for Data Center application.

Project Description:
The project site includes an existing building of approximately 11,000 square feet on a land area of 52,000 square feet. The plan is to develop a data center campus with two buildings: an existing two-story structure and a new four-story building, aimed at a total power capacity of 16 MW and 1176 cabinets. The design must ensure concurrent maintainability and integrate environmentally friendly practices like rooftop solar panels and waste heat utilization for neighboring offices. Design services cover both the existing structure and the new expansion, requiring comprehensive deliverables such as reports, analyses, plans, specifications, and site instructions.
